Skull & Bones Dashboard Widget
Just in time for Halloween comes a creepy skull & crossbones to adorn your Mac OS X Dashboard.
Install this widget and keep your other widgets in constant fear of being boarded! What does it do to terrorize its Dashboard neighbors you ask? Nothing. It just looks cool.
Pirates, punk rockers, and osteopaths all agree that this is an instant classic among Dashboard widgets.

hey james, i created this widget when dashboard first came out. so my process for making it was a bit more involved than it could be today. there are actually widgets now that allow you to just drag and drop an image on them to do something that looks similar to this widget. kind of a widget picture frame. there’s also something in leopard called “web clip widgets”, that lets you make a widget by highlighting part of a web page in safari. if you want to know how to make your own widgets from scratch, check out Apple’s info – you’ll need to be a bit nerdy to do it that way, though. good luck.
