		<description>I&#039;m not sure, but if it&#039;s only working when the programmer is connected, it sounds like a power problem.  The programmer provides its own power to the circuit so you should check to see that there&#039;s still 5VDC at the VCC pin after you&#039;ve disconnected the programmer&#039;s ISP cable.  

Just to be clear, though.. all this thing really does is blink the LEDs - so if that&#039;s all it&#039;s doing, then it&#039;s working!  ;)</description>

the leds blink some time when I have the programmer in (an usbatiny) but that is it. Any idea?, thanks.
